Below is a list of the monthly Luncheon Service Projects. Even if you cannot attend the luncheon, we would welcome any donations. You may drop off donations between 10AM and 11AM on the day of the meeting.

Organization Description

The Avalon Center provides comprehensive support to adult & child victims of domestic & sexual violence as well as community/prevention education. We strive to build and support a community that stands against violence. Free & Confidential. 1-800-641-3434 Company Overview Currently serves 7 counties in TN with the following services: Emergency Shelter, Advocacy, Community Education, Prevention Education, 24 hour Crisis Line, Professional Counseling, Children's Program, Support Groups and Crisis Intervention.

Peavine Care Center

Organization Description

The Mission of Peavine Care Center is on a mission to reach out to those in need in Cumberland County by providing basic food, spiritual support and a kind word. They are a 501(c)(3) organization.
They are a volunteer organization from the ground up. Each week they have at least 24 volunteers sort and repackage perishable food, stock shelves, pack bags, do some home deliveries and share a devotion with families. They currently serve more than 50 households each week.

House of Hope - Angel Tree

Organization Description

Cumberland Children’s Center, better known as the “House of Hope,” provides a short-term transitional care environment with the comforts of a home like setting for infants, serving the children and teens of Tennessee waiting to be placed in foster care, with a relative or in a therapeutic care facility. In 2023 alone, House of Hope provided 1,803 services for 1,051 children.

Cumberland Good Samaritans is a non-profit organization that operates to address the unmet needs of people in crisis in Cumberland County, Tennessee. Through a volunteer based thrift store, revenues are generated to fund a multifaceted operation aimed at offering a hand up to those in need.

Cumberland County Sheriff’s Dept – K9 Unit

Organization Description

The mission of a K9 unit is to protect the public, law enforcement officers, and their handler. K9 units perform a variety of tasks, including: 
  • Patrol: K9s can be used to protect officers, apprehend suspects, and secure areas. 
  • Search: K9s can be used to search buildings and areas for suspects, evidence, and other items. 
  • Tracking: K9s can be used to track missing persons and suspects. 
  • Detection: K9s can be used to detect hidden firearms, illegally taken wildlife, and other evidence.

Organization Description

To educate children, teenagers, and the community on drug awareness and the prevention of drug abuse. To reduce substance abuse and support families impacted by addiction. To provide  the best prevention tools possible to deal with the issues of underage drinking, other drug use, risky and impaired driving, and other destructive decisions.
