About Us
Established in 1970, the Fairfield Glade Ladies Club has a history of giving back to the community. With over 300 members, we are a fundraising force that we can all be proud of. We work hard, and we have fun!
Membership is open to women who currently live in or are former Ladies Club members who used to live in Fairfield Glade.
The Ladies Club conducts many fundraising events, which allows us to provide financial support to local 501(c)(3) organizations in our community, as well as scholarships to deserving students who need assistance to learn new skills, further their education or obtain their degrees.

How to Join
If you are interested in joining, please click here to download the Membership Application. Fill out the application and bring it to the Monthly Luncheon Meeting which is held on the 1st Wednesday of each month September through June at The Center at Fairfield Glade located at 128 Stonehenge Drive. Or mail the application forms along with your check to the following address:

Each year, you will need to renew your membership and pay the $50 annual fee. This enables you to join us at our monthly luncheons and, more importantly, participate in activities that will give you opportunities to create connections and lasting friendships.
After you join
Your information will be added to our membership database, and you will start to receive emails about our upcoming events. There are many fun and exciting opportunities to become engaged and make new friendships whether it be participating on a committee, event or bake sale or becoming a Board Member.
Volunteer Opportunities
We always need more volunteers to help the various committees. Watch for emails and Facebook posts about upcoming events and volunteer opportunities.

Attending the Luncheons
Three days before the reservation window opens, you will receive a ‘Save The Date’ email with information regarding the next Monthly Luncheon/General meeting.
A second email will be sent when the reservation window opens the week prior to the meeting, starting 8:00 am Monday morning and ending on Wednesday at 12:00 pm. You can access the reservation form via the email or through the website under the Meetings tab. Click here for a tutorial on how to make reservations. Be sure sure to scroll to the bottom and click to submit!.
The current cost of the luncheon is $22. Please bring a check made out to Fairfield Glade Ladies Club to the Registration table at the Luncheon and you will be given your table number. Once you have paid, feel free to go to your table or mingle with other ladies and make some new friends before the meeting starts.
Meeting Information
The doors open at 10:00 am and the Business Meeting starts promptly at 11:00 am and finishes at 11:30 am. Lunch is then served and the guest speaker will be introduced at 12:00 pm and will conclude at 1:00 pm. Various gift cards donated by our sponsors are given to lucky seat winners as the meal is being served.
