It's time for the Silent Auction

 

Place: Fairfield Glade Center 128 Stonehenge Dr.

Time: Registration begins at 10am. Business meeting begins at 11 am, followed by lunch.

Cost: The cost of the lunch is $22. One check for each person's reservation payable to FGLC in the amount of $22 for lunch. For the sake of expediency, checks are preferred! If paying with cash, please bring the exact change $22 dollars. No credit cards. 

 

Program - The program for the meeting is the annual Silent Auction. Buddy Page will present the program, The Art of the Auction. This will be an entertaining afternoon. Spouses and other guests are invited to attend.

 

Service -The service project for February is Quilts of Valor. This program provides quilts to veterans to honor their service to our country. The Mission of the Quilts of Valor ® Foundation is to cover Service Members and Veterans touched by war with comforting and healing Quilts of Valor. Our local chapter provides quilts to local veterans. They are asking for monetary donations to purchase supplies for making these quilts..​

 

Ladies Club Fashion Show tickets can be purchased at the following:

• Atlas Realty in the Village Green Mall

• Witt Financial in Crossville.

Both are open Monday-Friday​

The Cost is $35 each. They are non refundable. JJill will be providing our fashions.

 

The menu items are:

• The regular meal for the meeting is Parmesan baked chicken over a bed of noodles, green beans, and
  focaccia bread. For dessert, chocolate cake with chocolate icing will be served.

• The vegetarian option is marinara with sautéed mushrooms over a bed of noodles.

Online reservations for the luncheon are made on a first-come, first-serve basis from 8 a.m. Monday, January 27th through 12 p.m. Wednesday, January 29th on the club website.   Click on the box below to start the registration process.

 

Those without Internet access may call 931-200-9749 from 8 a.m. to noon on Monday January 27th to make reservations.

 

Cancellations must be made by 10 a.m. Friday, January 31st, to avoid financial responsibility for your meal.

 

Payment of check (made out to FGLC) of $22 is due on the day of the meeting. (preferred). If paying with cash, please bring the exact change $22 dollars. No credit cards.  Guests are welcome.
