Time: Doors open at 10 am for registration. Business meeting begins at 11 am, followed by lunch.

Cost: The cost of the lunch is $22. One check for each person's reservation payable to FGLC in the amount of $22 for lunch. For the sake of expediency, checks are preferred! If paying with cash, please bring the exact change $22 dollars. No credit cards.

Program - Trained and Ready for You – Cumberland County Rescue Squad, Eddy Frady

Service - The service project for October is Cumberland Good Samaritans, Inc., their mission is to address the unmet needs of the citizens in Cumberland County by providing temporary emergency assistance and long-term solutions through true Christian charity. Good Samaritans is dedicated to accomplishing this mission through a multitude of high impact service programs. It provides many services including, food bank, clothing, emergency shelter, rent subsidy, budget counseling, furniture, Cumberland housing, pharmacy, burn-resource center, garden/heifer project, thrift outlet, toys for tots. They are requesting: Toilet paper, Cash donations. Pick Angel Tree child for November (House of Hope)

 

The menu items are:

Regular - Grilled Brats, Cabbage Salad with Sesame Dressing, Oven Roasted Potatoes, Fresh Apple Cake with Caramel Frosting.  

 

Vegetarian - Grilled Portobella mushroom. Fresh Apple Cake with Caramel Frosting.

Online reservations for the luncheon can be made on a first-come, first-serve basis from 8 a.m. Monday, Sept. 23rd through 12 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25th on the club website (www.ffgladiesclub.com).   Those without Internet access may call 931-200-9749 from 8 a.m. to noon on Monday Sept. 23rd to make reservations. Cancellations must be made by 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 27th, to avoid financial responsibility for your meal. Payment of check (made out to FGLC) of $22 is due on the day of the meeting. (preferred). If paying with cash, please bring the exact change $22 dollars. No credit cards.  Guests are welcome.
