Time: Meeting check-in opens at 10 am. The business meeting begins at 11 am, followed by lunch.

Cost: $25 per lunch. One check for each person's reservation payable to FGLC in the amount of $25 for lunch. For the sake of expediency, checks are preferred! If paying with cash, please bring the exact change $25 dollars. No credit cards.

Program - Picnic party with the Polinators.  Tracy Melton, TLC Apiary, with the Cumberland County Beekeepers will be presenting.  Attendees are welcome to dress for a picnic for this celebratory year-end event with our new officers installation.

Menu - 
Regular:  “Tennessee Picnic” with Fresh fruit cup, fried chicken tenders with sauce, loaded potato salad, garlic cheddar biscuits, pecan tarts

    Vegetarian:  Veggie wrap and marinated pasta salad

A cash bar will offer picnic drink options!

Registration is required before Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 12:00 PM and it opens Monday, May 25, 2026 at 8:00 AM

Those without Internet access may call 931-200-9749 from 8 a.m. to noon on Monday May 28, 2026 to make reservations.

Cancellations must be made by 10 a.m. Friday, June 1, 2026, to avoid financial responsibility for your meal.
