The Fairfield Glade Ladies Club awards discretionary (Philanthropic) Gifts through an open process for a wide variety of charitable purposes for 50l (c)(3) Cumberland County Organizations.

The Club’s Mission Statement:  Fairfield Glade Ladies Club is a 501(c)(3) organization of women who serve Cumberland County Communities, providing educational and charitable giving, direct community service, and social opportunities for its members.

Monetary gifts will be awarded to eligible nonprofit organizations serving a wide range of causes, including, but not limited to: Community Needs, Scholarships, Veterans, Youth, Seniors, and Adults. Commercial entities and organizations with religious affiliations are not considered to be eligible.

The 2025-2026 Gifting Cycle begins at 8am January 1, 2026, and ends at 5pm on March 31, 2026. 

How to Apply:
Step 1:  Request for Gifting
Step 2:  Print and complete Application
Step 3:  Create and or Collect required paperwork
Step 4:  Email the application and the IRS certificate to sandrahenning@protonmail.com or phone Sandra at 205-270-3465.

Ladies Club Gifting Time Line:

• January 1, 2026, Application and guidelines made available on Fairfield Glade Ladies Club Web Site.
  
• March 31, 2026, 5pm Date Applications must be received by.
  
• April 2026 Applications will be reviewed and verified by the Committee members.
  
• May 2026 Recommended Applications reviewed by Executive Board 
  
• June 2026 Distributions Approved by the Board
  
• June 2026 After Board Approval, recipients will be notified by email or letter.
